The plant adopts series of high quality equipment including C6X jaw crusher, HST cone crusher and VSI6X sand making machine. By matching, the finished product has better grain shape and can meet the standard.
The whole project is highly automated, and can ensure sable production with high crushing efficiency. In addition, it can also reduce production cost. The finished product is good.
The main equipment of the project adopts SBM’s VSI6X impact crusher, which has two functions of shaping and sand making. The new feeding mode design makes the operation simpler.
F5X vibrating feeder is designed for super-heavy working conditions and can withstand the pressure of 80m³ silo, adapting to the harsh feeding working conditions such as large silo pressure, high load and big impact.
