HGT gyratory crusher is mainly composed of beam, frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part and hydraulic cylinder. Driven by the motor, the horizontal shaft starts to rotate, and then drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate with the aid of the gear. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circular motion, constantly squeezing and breaking the rock.
Adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone makes the cone move up and down, which can make the adjustment of the opening of the discharge port easier, so as to better control the particle size of the final product. In addition, the hydraulic cylinder has iron intrusion protection. If unbreakable materials such as iron pieces enter the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cylinder will lower the moving cone to release the iron pieces, and the crushing process will continue.
