After the jaw crusher breaks the bulky material into smaller ones, the elevator starts working to send the material to the hopper. Then through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the crushed material is evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the MTW European-style pulverizer. The pulverized material is blown by the airflow to the powder classifier for classification. Under the action of the impeller of the powder classifier, the unqualified material is sent back to the crushing chamber for re-grinding, and the qualified powder is collected by the cyclone powder collector and discharged from the bottom as a finished product. Afterwards, the airflow enters the fan through the return duct at the top of the cyclone collector. The system adopts a closed loop, positive and negative pressure operation. Because the material contains a certain amount of water, the heat generated during the grinding process will cause the air in the grinding chamber to evaporate or expand, thereby increasing the air flow rate sharply. In addition, if the feed inlet and pipe joints are not well sealed, outside air may invade the mill, resulting in an unbalanced air flow. Therefore, SBM sets an exhaust valve at the air outlet of the fan to introduce excess air into the bag filter. Exhaust excess air after purging. This arrangement allows for balanced airflow and environmentally friendly production.
