The PEW jaw crusher is equipped with a hydraulic oil station to ensure that the lubrication system supplies oil to the lubricating parts and guarantee the safe operation of the machine. At the same time, if the crusher stops with load, the hydraulic cleaning system can quickly clean the crushing cavity, greatly reducing downtime.
PEW jaw crusher has a more reasonable “V” type crushing chamber and toothed guard. Through them, the actual size of the feed material is consistent with the ideal size, effectively expanding the crushing space. In addition, materials will not accumulate in the crushing cavity, so that the crushing ratio and output can reach the best state, and the utilization rate of the jaw plate can be extended.
The PEW jaw crusher adopts a wedge-shaped discharge adjustment device, so that the discharge opening can be adjusted to the preset value within a few minutes even when the machine is idling. Cooperate with hydraulic system to realize automation. Compared with the old gasket discharge adjustment device, this device is simpler, safer and faster.
