The material entering from the feed port hits the blow bar on the rotor and is crushed under the high-speed impact of the blow bar. The crushed material is thrown back to the liner to be crushed again. Finally, the material is discharged from the outlet of the PF impact crusher.

Working Principle of PF Impact Crusher

The PF impact crusher uses impact force to crush materials. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the material enters the working area of the hammer head, it is crushed under the high-speed impact. Then the crushed material is thrown onto the liner for further crushing. Finally, qualified materials are discharged from the opening. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can change the particle size and shape of the finished product.
