PF Impact Crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. The rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. The material entering from the feed port hits the blow bar on the rotor and is crushed under the high-speed impact of the blow bar. The crushed material is thrown back to the liner to be crushed again. Finally, the material is discharged from the outlet of the PF impact crusher.
The blow bar of the PF impact crusher is made of high chromium material and wear-resistant material composite technology, and undergoes strict heat treatment, so that the impact crusher has good resistance to mechanical shock and thermal shock.
The impact crusher is equipped with a self-weight safety device on the rear upper frame. Unbreakable materials (such as iron blocks) can be unloaded automatically after entering the crushing cavity, avoiding the risk of overload and loss caused by downtime.
To meet different market demands at different stages, SBM has installed a mechanical adjustment device on the top of the PF impact crusher. Users can adjust the distance between the impact frame and the rotor by twisting the bolts of the device, thereby realizing size adjustment. expelled substance.
The PF impact crusher is equipped with two sets of identical ratchet beating devices on both sides of the frame, which are composed of high-strength left and right spiral trapezoidal screw rods and ratchet reversing mechanisms. When the impact crusher needs to be stopped to replace parts and perform other maintenance inspections, the user can conveniently and smoothly open and close the rear upper cover of the impact crusher through this device.
