Working Principle of PFW Impact Crusher

The PFW impact crusher uses impact force to crush materials. When the material enters the working area of the hammer head, it is crushed under the high-speed impact, and then thrown to the impact device above the rotor for secondary crushing. Next, the material bounces back from the liner to the working area of the hammer head again. This process is repeated until the material reaches the qualified particle size and then discharged. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can change the particle size and shape of the finished product. Behind the strike plate is a spring safety device. When the unbreakable material enters the crushing cavity, the counter-attack frame moves backward to discharge the unbreakable material out of the crusher.
